The Activate Bootcamps workout is a 45-minute, high-intensity program based on functional training. We focus on challenging your body – preparing every kind of athlete to smash their personal best. Fixed training equipment is great, but it only targets one muscle group. We believe in building better bodies from the ground up, so our instructors will walk you through a range of simple to learn, hard to master, highly-scalable workouts that test you from top to bottom.
