The 45 minute, total body workout from your warmup to last rep. Our High Performance Bootcamp is designed to achieve maximum output in the smallest amount of time. Free form and compound focused, our workouts are functional to ensure all muscles are targeted. We merge technique with intensity in a collection of high energy classes, designed to tone key body parts and burn maximum calories. Sessions are designed for every bootcamper, regardless of skill level. The ambition is simple – to help you forget how hard you are working, instead by interacting with others and soaking up the vibe.

First Timers We recommend buying the 30 Day Bootcamp Challenge which is available for your first purchase. Please arrive 10 minutes prior the start of your class. Our instructors will know it’s your first time – they will check you in and get you organized.

Booking Window You can book your place at any time up to 1 hour before a class starts. Last minute booking requests can be made by calling the office directly.

Arrival Time We ask you that you have arrived and checked in at least 5 minutes before your class time.

Waitlist If a class is full, you can opt to join the waitlist. As spaces become available they will be automatically allocated to the waitlist on a first come, first served basis. Waitlist entries will be allocated when a spot becomes available, up until 1 hour before the class start time – please ensure that you remove yourself from the waitlist if you don’t think you’ll be able to make it. If you are allocated a spot through the waitlist you will be notified by email. You can cancel your waitlist at any time up until you have been allocated a spot – this can be done in ‘My Account’.

Cancellations If you cancel a class at any time, you must drop and give us 50 burpees. No matter where you are. (Just kidding!) If you’d like to cancel your reservation, you may do so until 1 hour prior to the start of your class through the “My Account” section of the online scheduling system, or the Activate Bootcamps booking App. Your classes will be fully refunded as long as you cancel your booking 1 hour or more before the start time of your class. If you cancel your class with less than 1 hour notice, you’ll forfeit that session. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone or email.

Sweatiquette Park the mobile, let your brain breathe. Focus in class, leave the chit chat for after. Help to bond the crew. The more good vibes you give out, the more you get back.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm a beginner, are the bootcamps right for me?

We hear this one all the time. What kind of workout would it be if you had to be fit BEFORE getting fit? Every session is for beginners, pros, and everything in between. Prerequisites: Enjoy working hard and getting sweaty.

What happens if it’s raining, or too hot?

Your calories go up whatever the weather, that’s why we never wait for later. If it’s cold and wet wear two shirts and sweat it out, if it’s super hot get ready for a “shoes off, socks off” session… you may also find yourself amongst 3 supersoakers, and a barrel of water bombs. It doesn’t matter how tough or fun it is, the only thing that matters is to get it done. That’s how you become the best. So is it ‘just’ a run in the rain, “Hot” Bootcamp, or more than that? You tell us. Bootcamp will only be called off if conditions are deemed to be unsafe. You will receive an email approximately an hour prior to the session.

What should I bring to my first class?

Come dressed ready to run! Water is a must and a towel to wipe away your sweat… or tears ;-). You’ll be required to bring a mat and cotton inserts along to each session. These are available to purchase at any class or on our online store.

Can I bring my own mat?

You definitely can! We do not however accept the use of super light, or thick 'sponge-like' mats which provide no support. The material used in these mats does not create a solid surface to carry out exercises and are in fact a safety hazard. Save the time and money spent on poorly produced products - check out our range of high quality, natural fibre mats designed specifically for Bootcamp at our online store.

Is there a place to keep my valuables?

Absolutely, we have an area for valuables to be kept and stored away.

Must do’s for injured bootcampers

Park your mat at the front of the class so our trainers can best assist you. Please be mindful it is a group session, if you do have an injury our trainers will attend to you as often and as swiftly as possible while conducting the session.

I have existing injuries, is bootcamp right for me?

As long as you your injury isn’t incapacitating, there’s something at Activate you can do. First speak with your doctor about commencing bootcamp. Once cleared and you’ve made your first booking please make us aware of your injury in advance by emailing info@activatebootcamps.com.au or calling 0410 464 542, so we can plan for you. We never push anyone harder than they can go, however please be mindful bootcamp is designed as a high intensity workout. If you have an injury that has not healed properly it will likely stress it. If you are “fit to train”, you are in safe hands.

What if i’m late to class?

Being late won’t cost you a thing, but a couple hundred calories. Set up your mat and complete the warm up lap. Please wait for further instruction from your trainer and do not disturb the bootcampers who have already begun class – they are in the zone!

Are you going to yell at me?

…Define yelling? Yes, but only to give you a pat on the back and to cheer you on! We just can’t contain ourselves when we see a member of our bootcamp family owning it. We’re super nice, pinky promise! Our goal is to get you looking and feeling your best – inside and out.
